Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be highly organized adaptable and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate various aspects of onsite operations manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. The OnSite Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting successful program and marketing campaign Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The OnSite Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at client locations and coordinating various projects and initiatives. Principal responsibilities include:Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite operations addressing immediate needs and coordinating with remote team membersManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintainedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm conceptualize and organize solutions for programming and marketing campaignsCollect analyze and present data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and measure program effectivenessCoordinate logistics for meetings events and program activities including scheduling venue preparation and material distributionMaintain detailed records and documentation of all onsite activities issues and resolutionsLiaise between clients stakeholders and Koniag team members to ensure clear communication and alignment of goalsMonitor inventory of supplies and materials placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levelsProvide regular status updates and reports to management on project progress challenges and successesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measuresEnsure compliance with all relevant policies procedures and regulatory requirementsAssist in the development and implementation of standard operating proceduresSupport marketing initiatives by coordinating material distribution gathering feedback and tracking engagementRespond promptly to inquiries from clients staff and other stakeholdersTroubleshoot and resolve onsite issues as they arise escalating complex matters when necessaryRequirements:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to brainstorm with teams conceptualize and organize solutions for programming and marketing campaignsAnalytical skills with the ability to collect aggregate and present data gathered from multiple sourcesExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesAdaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and requirementsReliability and dependability with excellent time management skillsCustomer service orientation with a professional demeanorAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of project management principles and practicesFamiliarity with data collection tools and basic reporting methodsAbility to obtain and maintain required security clearancesEducation:High School diploma or equivalentDesired Skills and Competencies:Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Health Human Services or related fieldProficient in SpanishProject Management Professional (PMP) certifiedCertified and experienced in Agile methodologiesAt least five years of experience as staff in a Head Start programExperience in event coordination or logistics managementFamiliarity with government contracting environmentsKnowledge of public health or human services programs and terminologyExperience with inventory management systemsBackground in community outreach or stakeholder engagementExperience with scheduling software and digital calendar managementFamiliarity with data visualization tools and techniquesBasic graphic design skills or experience with design softwareKnowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing conceptsExperience working in culturally diverse environmentsBilingual capabilities particularly SpanishFirst aid and emergency response trainingExperience with virtual meeting platforms and remote collaboration toolsWork Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Minimum of two years of experience working with human services or public health organizationsDemonstrated ability in managing multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environmentOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
