Location: Chanhassen MN

Pay: $18.00 per hour paid weekly!

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Employment Type: Full-time Trial to Hire

About this opportunity:

Our Orthopedic Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery facility in Chanhassen is seeking International Shipping Coordinators to handle international shipping export documentation and select domestic orders while supporting inventory production and general warehouse operations.

What youll be doing:

Pick pack and ship international orders via courier or freight forwarder
Support domestic order fulfillment as needed
Coordinate with production to ensure product availability
Communicate order status and needs with the International Sales Team
Track and report international backorders to Sales and Production
Perform finished goods inventory and assist with related tasks
Complete other assigned duties

What makes you a great fit:

High school diploma or GED
12 years of shipping or fulfillment experience
Knowledge of shipping methods (courier vs. freight); international experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Strong multitasking accuracy and decision-making skills
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
