Job Summary
Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
Location: Lansing MI
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 2
Note: Shift Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00 pm. Must Be Fully Cleared Prior To Start. Steel Toe Shoes Required. If selected for the role candidate must bring first day reporting instructions with them. Top Required Skills:
- Order picking and packing accuracy

Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to pick pack and ship retail wholesale and grower orders
- Strong attention to accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Experience using handheld scanners and barcode systems
- Ability to read and follow safety rules procedures and manuals
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets
- Ability to meet shipping deadlines and priority shipments
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate labeling equipment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience operating Carousel systems (PickPro preferred)
- Experience with materials management or warehouse inventory systems
- Experience customizing cartons or skids for customer-specific needs
- Prior fulfillment shipping or warehouse experience
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Pick sort pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Operate Carousel system and handheld scanners for order fulfillment
- Process packing lists and shipping documentation accurately
- Ensure proper tracking scanning and inventory movement in systems
- Customize cartons/skids and skid-pack items for shipment
- Restock inventory manage stockroom bins and pull replenishment product
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Related warehouse fulfillment or shipping experience and/or training
- Strong math and documentation skills
- Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations
- Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
