Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. Our ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manage evaluations screenings and case management for Insurance Carriers TPAs Public Entities and Employers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
- Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
- Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential preferred.
- Proven clinical experience ideally in ICU ER Trauma Ortho and/or Neurology.
- Experience in Workers Compensation Nurse Case Management preferred.
