Job Summary
Business Simplification Consultant
The Business Simplification team is responsible for identifying analysing and planning simplification initiatives for DLL Group in order to make the company more efficient and more productive. This team is instrumental in driving the Business Simplification DEP and reports to the CEO. It is a small team that works with leadership across the organisation.

Day to day:
- Setting up new simplification initiatives
- Reviewing and driving high quality business cases
- Developing roadmaps and ensuring coherence between initiatives
- Monitoring running initiatives against global objectives
- Connecting with leadership to maintain alignment with the overall objectives
- Reporting and discussing plans and progress with senior leadership

Essentials:
- Highly analytical and critical thinking
- Creative and solution oriented
- Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership both verbally and in writing
- Culturally sensitive and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple complex activities at the same time
- Proven track record of 5-10 years
- Master degree in engineering or business administration or similar
