JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Behrend Athletics invites applications for the part-time position of Head Coach of Mens & Womens Tennis.
The coach will provide leadership and direction for both the Mens and Womens Tennis programs including but not limited to:
Lead and oversee both mens and womens tennis teams including daily practice planning and match preparation.
Coach student-athletes improving individual skill teamwork game strategy conditioning and sportsmanship.
Recruit qualified student-athletes in compliance with institutional and NCAA Division III rules.
Direct competitions and team travel logistics coordinating schedules lineups and strategies.
Encourage academic success and personal growth supporting student-athletes educational goals.
Manage equipment facilities and team administration including adherence to university and athletic department policies.
Promote athletic programs within the campus and community representing Behrend Athletics positively.
Ensure compliance with NCAA conference and university regulations governing recruitment practice and competition.
