Location: Athens
Working Days & Hours: Monday Friday 09:00 14:00 & 17:00 20:00
Working Model: Hybrid
Contract: Permanent
Reporting to: Trade Activation Executive
What you will do:
As Direct Sellers Supervisor you will provide exceptional support to targeted retail outlets ensuring effective implementation of trade marketing activities through a Direct Sellers team to achieve our strategic brands objectives. The supervisors role is responsible for increasing the productivity and actions of own team with a clear focus on orchestrating and controlling the scope of work with the DS team rather than performing it directly.
More specifically:
- Manage daily workflow by defining and communicating the teams trade objectives and monitoring performance
- Organize the teams schedule and the onboarding of new hires effectively setting priorities to achieve high productivity and time efficiency
- Manage your own team of Direct Sellers fostering healthy competition among team members and providing constructive feedback and solutions as needed
- Prepare and deliver timely sales reports to the Trade team
- Maintain excellent business relationships and contacts with retailers in your area of responsibility to achieve trade objectives
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or promotion roles ideally in an FMCG environment would be considered an asset
- Excellent use of the English language (written and spoken)
- Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Creative thinking and passionate about solving problems
- Relationship-building capability with customers
