JRIs Childrens Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral emotional and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home in school and within their communities.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $24.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $1000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.

Schedule: This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings. While weekend hours are available they are not mandatory. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

  • You will be equipped to offer a range of community-based services including CBHI services to children adolescents and their families. These services encompass skill coaching job coaching life skills training activity planning community exploration and integration behavior management assessment treatment planning crisis management and case management services.
  • You will foster positive relationships with external agencies families and other involved parties.
  • You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team collaborating to discover the most effective methods for guiding and supporting youth within the community.
  • You will contribute to the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community-based environment empowering youth to thrive within the framework of their home communities.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • A Bachelors degree in a human services field is preferred or an Associates degree in the same field is acceptable.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with youth and families in need of behavioral management to address mental health concerns or specific target populations.
  • Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
  • Maintain a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
