What the job is about

As a Communications Coordinator youll be a vital part of a dynamic international team with colleagues in Copenhagen Hamburg the US and China. You will manage and coordinate strategic communication efforts across both internal and external channels helping to drive our narrative and engage diverse stakeholders worldwide.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Social Media & Content: Manage our global social media presence primarily on LinkedIn. Collaborate with stakeholders to create write and optimize content and repurpose it for our internal channels. Youll also monitor engagement metrics and contribute to performance reports.

• Corporate Project Communication: Contribute to communications strategies and execution on key corporate transformation projects. Youll draft and adapt messaging FAQs and stakeholder updates ensuring implementation of project communication plans in alignment with Change Management.

• PR & Media Relations: Assist in planning and implementing the global PR strategy. You will help draft and distribute press releases coordinate with external agencies and internal teams and track media coverage and performance to measure our impact.

• Editorial & Campaign Content: Support the creation of compelling editorial content for our internal and external communications. Youll work with technical and commercial teams to translate complex topics into engaging stories and assist in developing and analyzing customer newsletters.

• Brand & Governance: Uphold brand consistency and our tone-of-voice across all communications. Youll ensure adherence to communication guidelines and support others in the business to do the same.

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or Journalism (or similar) paired with at least 2 years of professional experience in a corporate or agency communications role we are looking for a team player with the following experience skills and mindset:

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather input and insights for stories and content.

• Strong skill for translating complex topics and technical information into simple effective messages for a broad audience.

• Proficiency with social media management platforms and email campaign tools.

• Solid understanding of media relations content marketing and professional storytelling.
