Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer you will lead the end-to-end design process for a platform revolutionizing how companies hire and manage talent. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to transform complex workflows into intuitive elegant user experiences that drive measurable impact for a global user base.

What you will do:

Conduct deep user research to identify pain points and validate design solutions.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and maintain a scalable design system for the platform.

The ideal candidate:

Extensive experience designing complex B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design visual craft and user research.
