AI Language Evaluator (German Speaker)

Job Description:
As an AI Language Evaluator you will play a critical role in advancing next-generation multilingual AI systems. You will assess AI-generated German text for factual accuracy tone and linguistic precision. By comparing model outputs and providing structured feedback you ensure the development of high-quality contextually appropriate dialogue systems for global users.

What you will do:

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated text in German for correctness fluency and context.

• Annotate model responses and flag potential biases or inconsistencies using structured rubrics.

• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and linguists via Slack to meet weekly project goals.

The ideal candidate:

• Native or near-native German proficiency with a strong command of English for technical reporting.

• Background in linguistics translation or content quality analysis with a high degree of detail orientation.

• EU residency with the legal eligibility to work as a freelancer and complete KYC verification.
