You will own and scale the backend systems for a successful mobile resource management game that has already reached over 500000 players. This role involves designing robust distributed architectures and implementing blockchain-integrated features to redefine collaborative online gaming while working alongside a team of industry veterans and successful entrepreneurs.

What you will do:

- Design develop and maintain high-performance backend systems ensuring scalability and reliability for a global player base.

- Lead technical architecture decisions and provide mentorship to junior engineers to foster a high-performing engineering culture.

- Drive the planning and delivery of complex features and infrastructure improvements in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate:

- Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-scale distributed systems.

- Proficiency in modern languages like TypeScript C# Go or Rust with a strong grasp of software design patterns.
