About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant and Sleep Apnoea Consultant youll be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional customer service and specialist care. Youll assist customers with prescriptions health advice and sleep apnoea support helping them achieve better health outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly knowledgeable and professional service to all customers.
- Assisting patients with sleep apnoea consultations including CPAP equipment and support.
- Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling.
- Keeping the store clean organised and welcoming.
- Supporting promotions merchandising and in-store sales initiatives.
About You
Youre customer-focused reliable and passionate about health and wellbeing.
Youll bring:
- A friendly and engaging personality with a focus on great customer service.
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A professional presentation and positive attitude.
Bonus if you have:
- A Certificate IIIV in Community Pharmacy.
- Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
- Interest or prior experience in sleep apnoea services or medical equipment.
