ResponsibilitiesSr. Investigator forHoneywell International Inc. (Charlotte NC)
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for conducting and supporting internal investigations.
- Reporting to the General Counsel - Anticorruption.
- Conduct and support internal investigations of potentially reportable incidents under the DPA at the direction of in-house or external counsel.
- Prepare investigation plans at the direction of counsel and execute to those plans.
- Collaborate with the Investigations Center of Excellence on tracking the status of potentially reportable incidents in the investigations management platform (HR Acuity).
- Preserve and collect relevant electronically stored information in compliance with Honeywell policies and procedures.
- Conduct witness interviews of Honeywell employees or third parties and draft interview summaries.
- Support presentations to internal stakeholders on the DPA Committee regarding potentially reportable incidents.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in any field and 7 years of experience conducting complex cross-border internal investigations at large corporations.
- Must have 5 years of experience with the following: ability to conduct internal investigations; experience with document review platforms and forensic IT tools; proficiency in open source business intelligence research; and experience drafting confidential investigation reports and interview memoranda.
- Must have 2 years of experience with the following: experience conducting investigations in the context of a DPA/Monitorship; and understanding of and practical experience with ensuring the maintenance of attorney-client privilege in the context of internal investigations.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
- Up to 5-10% domestic and international travel required.
