Qualifications & Requirements	Experience: 13 years Domain: Oil & Gas Petrochemicals Energy Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering A Masters degree is a plus especially in fields such as Industrial Engineering Systems Engineering or Operations Management. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with one or more Honeywell platforms: HFOM HFIR Plant Performance Monitoring Solution ( Uniformance KPI ) Strong understanding of operational workflows in production inspection and performance management. Knowledge of ISA-95 MESA models or other manufacturing operations frameworks. Understanding of plant automation systems (e.g. DCS SCADA PLCs) and integration with enterprise IT systems. Familiarity with data modeling SQL API integrations and industrial data protocols (e.g. OPC UA MQTT). Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboard configuration. Analytical Skills: Analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills (strong English language) Excellent interpersonal collaboration leadership and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial/business acumen Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in team environment. Agile/Scrum: Holds certifications demonstrating knowledge and flexibility to apply emerging modern approaches versus conventional waterfall. Personality: Project-driven with excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Flexible to handle wide range of coordination tasks. Negotiation Skills: Proven skills in negotiation with stakeholders including clients and suppliers/vendors.
Preferences	Good knowledge in MES /IMOMS(ISA 95 Standard)
Must Have	Honeywell Forge Inspection Round Experience
Travel	50% of the time

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the configuration and deployment of HFIR across operational units.
Work with operations maintenance reliability and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Customize workflows data models and user interfaces in Honeywell platforms to meet end-user needs.
Integrate Honeywell platforms with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. historians CMMS DCS/SCADA ERP).
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the commissioning and cutover activities.
Provide training and support to end users and local administrators.
Collaborate with Honeywell or third-party vendors during upgrades patches and issue resolution.
Monitor performance and ensure data accuracy system reliability and platform uptime.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) deployment guides and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and value of the deployed platforms.
