Schedule: Monday - Friday Days
Pay Rate: $23 - $25 DOE Hourly
Location:Austin TX
Position Type:Full Time

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee and support the operation preventative and breakdown maintenance and repair of site-specific heating systems.
  • Perform routine inspections of site-specific heating systems and log pertinent data.
  • Troubleshooting semi-complex electrical mechanical and control system issues with minimal supervision.
  • Follow established safety quality and cleanroom protocols at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and vendors during maintenance/service events.
  • Coordinate and participate in installing commissioning re-configuring and demoing site-specific line heating systems.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and manage maintenance documentation.
  • Respond to equipment alarms and participate in root cause analysis investigations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Mentor and train fellow team members or customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical related experience
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet either on or off a ladder/scaffolding
  • Ability to work in tight or confined spaces for extended amount of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be flexible to work in Austin TX as well as Taylor TX when needed
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers and customer

Preferred:

  • 2-5 years industrial electrical or industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Sub Fab/Fab environment experience
  • Technical capability with equipment maintenance

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
