Kinetic Melbourneis currently on the lookout for aWorkshop Supervisorthat would like to become a valued member of ourPreston bus workshop as part of our Melbourne Bus Franchise.

Frommaintenance tasks and repairsthrough tomajor component rebuilds youll get plenty of exposure to a variety of work allowing you to specialise across several vehicle makes and models whilst mentoring our upcoming workshop talent. Were also heavily focused on anelectric futureand are at the forefront of rolling out anelectric vehicle conversion programto upskill our dedicated employees.

The boxes youll tick:

• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Experienceinproviding maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
• Experience in managing Apprentices and Trade Assistants
• Minimum MR licence (HR licence or higher is preferred but not essential)
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
