Youll support a driven dynamic team working on an exciting client portfolio within a fast-paced collaborative and supportive environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage payment queries complete outgoings reconciliations and resolve payment disputes.
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
- Validation and review of lease documents.
- Manage change of landlord and payee detailsincluding validation and system updates.
- Administer accounts payableand receivable functions relating to rent outgoings and other property expenses.
- General liaison with client and suppliers.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar capacity as a Leasing or Property Administrator.
- Intermediate MS Excel and Microsoft Suite skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Strong initiative adaptability and willingness to improve processes.
