Our Role Play team is pioneering immersive learning experiences that empower learners to practice realworld scenarios and gain confidence through feedback. Responsibilities 

  • You will design build and ship memberfacing iOS features across LinkedIn Learning LinkedIn and Talent iOS (Recruiter) apps ensuring performance accessibility and reliability at scale. 

  • You will own the full stack for your features: craft elegant native experiences in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit) and integrate with backend services using GraphQL and gRPC. 

  • You will define and evolve data contracts design service endpoints and ensure secure resilient clientserver flows. 

  • You will collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Design and platform teams to deliver impactful learning and recruiting experiences quickly and safely. 

  • You will raise the bar on quality through thoughtful architecture automated testing (XCTest/XCUITest) and continuous delivery practices. 

  • You will mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives providing guidance on design decisions code reviews and best practices. 

  • You will champion accessibility and inclusive design ensuring features meet or exceed WCAG standards and platform guidelines. 

  • You will contribute to platform health by improving modularity reducing tech debt and driving reliability metrics (crashfree sessions app performance). 

  • You will participate in incident response and postmortems helping define preventative guardrails and operational playbooks. 

 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications 

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience 

  • 2 years of industry experience in software design development and algorithm related solutions. 

  • 2 years programming experience in languages such as Java Python Javascript C/C C# Objective-C Ruby etc. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • BS and 5 years of relevant work experience MS and 4 years of relevant work experience or PhD and 2 years of relevant work experience.

The pay range for this role is $125000 to $206000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
