Job Summary
Position Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor is a strategic partner responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. This role leads sourcing strategies employer branding initiatives and hiring operations to attract assess and onboard top talent. As a senior member of the HR team the Recruitment Lead collaborates with department heads to forecast hiring needs improve candidate experience and ensure alignment with workforce planning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
Lead and mentor recruiters and generalists ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements selection criteria and interview processes.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Optimize sourcing channels including job boards social media referrals and recruitment agencies.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality-of-hire) to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with labor laws data privacy regulations and internal hiring policies.
Lead onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and department leads.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Behavioral Science Psychology or related field
5 years of progressive experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in hiring for a wide range of roles including volume technical corporate and leadership positions.
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms sourcing tools and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote workforce models.
Travel: Some travel may be required
