DescriptionAs aSenior Customer Experience Program Manager here at Honeywellyou will design implement and oversee programs to collect and analyze customer feedback transforming it into actionable insights that improve products services and overall customer experience.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Program Managerand you will work out of our Atlanta GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy Development: Develop and evolve the companys VOC strategy to create a holistic view of the customer experience.
- Program Governance & Management: Define and implement program structure governance feedback loop processes and manage VoC tools and technologies.
- Feedback Collection: Establish and maintain robust customer feedback mechanisms including surveys (NPS CSAT CES) and customer interviews.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer feedback data from various sources to identify trends pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex customer data into actionable insights and recommendations for product development service marketing and other business functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer service digital supply chain and operations to incorporate customer feedback into business processes and decision-making.
- Reporting & Communication: Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders communicating the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the impact of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
