AWISEE is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping clients run high-impact SEO and link-building campaigns. Our link-building and outreach teams identify high-quality domains and opportunities to improve client visibility online.

We are looking for a Link Building & SEO Outreach Coordinator to support our research and outreach teams by finding domains entering and organizing data and coordinating link-building campaigns. In this role youll help scout new opportunities manage domain data and collaborate with the outreach team to ensure campaigns run smoothly while also handling some tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Prospecting: Use tools like Ahrefs SEMrush ScrapeBox and manual research to find high-quality domains and link-building opportunities.
Data Entry & Organization: Accurately input domain and prospect information into spreadsheets CRM systems or internal databases.
Support Outreach: Collaborate with the outreach team to provide verified opportunities track progress and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify domains for relevance authority and suitability for client campaigns.
Workflow Coordination: Maintain organized records flag issues or bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication across research and outreach teams.
Process Improvement: Suggest ways to streamline prospecting data entry and campaign coordination for higher efficiency.

Requirements

2 years of experience working for a Link Building or SEO Agency
Experience with Ahrefs SEMrush ScrapeBox or similar SEO and prospecting tools.
Experience using Buzzstream and other SEO Outreach Tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing large datasets.
Comfortable prospecting domains performing data entry and supporting outreach workflows.
Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams.
Process-driven and capable of handling repetitive tasks with consistency and quality.
