Job Summary

You will be responsible for developing and facilitating Deloittes central leadership programme portfolio ensuring our leaders at all levels are equipped to inspire perform and addition the role involves providing learning advisory support to various stakeholders. This position requires close collaboration across the businesspartnering with key stakeholders to identify needs align priorities and translate strategy into impactful and coherent learning initiatives.

In this role you will make an impact by:

  • Acting as the firms responsible for leadership training and development in Deloitte Denmark maintaining a close link between central learning initiatives and business needs.
  • Developing Deloitte Denmarks leadership programme portfolio across levels and functions
  • Facilitating and co-facilitating selected programmes and workshops including both leadership and other learning areas.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders HR and learning colleagues to ensure programmes address current and future leadership priorities.
  • Using feedback data and insights to continuously improve programme design content and delivery.
  • Staying current on leadership and learning trends to continuously strengthen the leadership programme portfolio while ensuring high quality and driving continuous improvement.

 


Qualifications :

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a learning expert.
  • Experience within leadership development and learning design.
  • Relevant educational background such as a degree in Human Resources Organisational Psychology Education Business or a related field.
  • Facilitation skills and the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
  • A structured and analytical mindset with focus on quality and impact.
  • Curiosity proactivity and passion for learning and development.
  • Willingness to focus on continuous improvement of learning quality and delivery.
