• Effectively delegate and exercise accountability of self and others
• Perform succession planning in preparation for growth of team and self

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in chemistry biology biochemistry or related degree concentration.
• A minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry or 6 years of microbial experience directly relevant to the instrumentation / responsibilities
• At least 10 years combined of laboratory experience laboratory leadership and/or graduate education is preferrable
