We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with 13 years of experience to join our TA team. This role will focus on supporting all things campus recruiting internship programs and hiring for entry-level and select corporate & technical positions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented a strong communicator and enthusiastic about creating a positive candidate experience. You will work under the guidance of our Technical Recruiter while also further developing a structured and effective talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus & University Recruiting:
Register for and coordinate participation in career fairs and on-campus events.
Collaborate with marketing to develop event materials such as banners tablecloths brochures and swag/giveaway materials.
Assist in extending internship offers and manage intern-to-hire conversion processes.
Internship Program Management:
Coordinate internship program logistics including creating itineraries and booking lunch & learns.
Serve as the main point of contact for interns during the program.
Track progress and provide feedback to leadership to ensure a successful program experience.
Entry-Level & Corporate Hiring:
Source screen and coordinate interviews for entry-level positions billing roles office admin and other corporate roles.
Maintain candidate tracking systems and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Support offer letter preparation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
General Recruiting Support:
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree. Preferably in related technical and/or human resources field.
- 1-3 years of related recruiting experience required with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
- Knowledge of Architectural Engineering Consulting industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Comfortable coming into the office 4 days a week
