Required Qualifications 5 years delivering technical HR Time and Payroll solutions (SAP SuccessFactors WFS ATOSS or equivalent T&A platforms). Strong experience managing technical integrations between HR T&A and payroll systems. Hands-on knowledge of: o Time evaluation rules o Pay rules and wage type processing o Shift patterns accrual engines scheduling o Payroll schemas and tax calculations Familiarity with middleware/API technologies (SAP CPI Boomi SFTP IDocs REST/SOAP APIs). Experience working with multiple vendors and global stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing WFS or ATOSS in multi-country multi-shift environments. Deep functional understanding of Employee Central Time and SAP Time Evaluation. Knowledge of compliance requirements (FLSA scheduling laws overtime rules). PMO collaboration experience in a structured governance environment.
