The EMEA Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role actively supporting our business in sourcing the best talent across EMEA markets.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll play a key role in finding and securing the best talent to help drive Dyson forward. Working closely with hiring managers youll develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies managing the full cyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiationwhile always aiming for efficiency and impact.
You wont just fill jobs. Youll act as a consultant to the business advising hiring managers sharing best practices and shaping innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse high-quality candidates.
Youll also lead or support strategic projects to refine and future-proof our recruitment processes.
Strong relationships are central to your success. Youll work alongside business leaders provide guidance on interviews and talent management and ensure candidates stay informed and engaged throughout. Your industry insight will keep Dysons recruitment both compliant and competitivehelping us attract and retain the talent needed to push boundaries through technology
5 years of experience in talent acquisition/agency recruitment in a high-growth fast-paced environment
Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening and managing the offer process across a range of EMEA corporate functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable interpreting recruitment data through analytical tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
Experience using recruitment tools such as an ATS (preferably Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
A self-starter multi-tasker energetic recruiter with a positive attitude and a passion for providing a best-in-class candidate experience
Fluent English plus one of the following languages - German French or Spanish.
New employees to Dyson in the Netherlands commence employment on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
