What will you do

• Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings flights luggage upgrades and loyalty programs

• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries

• Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset

• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions

• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling

Candidate profile

• Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level

• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred

• Fluent in German and English both written and spoken

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with complex computer systems

• Team player with an international mindset

• Flexible service-oriented and proactive attitude
