Job Summary
Investment Contract Manager
Role Title: Investment Contract Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: 53888 to 67360 per annum plus a Car Allowance of 2329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Dartford / Agile working
You will lead and be responsible for managing contracts to deliver all project management including planned maintenance refurbishment cyclical works major and minor repair works. Your first project will be to focus on the building framework with the support of your dedicated Contract Liaison Officer.
