We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to join our Private Markets team. This role will be central to driving strategic growth projects across Europe supporting fund launches and enhancing our competitive positioning. You will work closely with sales product and distribution teams bringing deep market insights and technical credibility to accelerate investor readiness and deliver impactful results.
What youll be doing:
- Driving delivery of strategic new business projects with a focus on EU markets
- Collaborating with sales teams to support distribution and grow AUM and revenue streams
- Contributing specialist Private Markets knowledge to product and distribution teams for growth initiatives
- Acting as a subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating business proposals and presentations to support new business initiatives
- Pitching new business proposals to investors and key internal stakeholders
- Supporting the triage and prioritisation of new business opportunities
- Leveraging external networks to originate innovative ideas market intelligence and opportunities
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong understanding of JVs syndications and the EU competitor landscape
- Excellent presentation skills with a track record of producing high-quality investor materials and business cases
- Subject matter expertise in investor due diligence and onboarding processes
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and product teams to support strategy positioning and launches
- Significant relevant experience (12 years) ideally in a client or investment-facing role with a 2:1 undergraduate degree
- Passion for working on growth projects in the private markets space
- Strong persuasive writing business case development and communication skills
- Organised versatile and collaborative with a positive attitude and ambition to succeed
