Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing quality assurance for Technology Governance activities. This includes the TGC meeting materials Technologys Vendor Management meeting materials and legal entity meeting materials. This role collaborates with others to monitor vendor compliance metrics implement corrective actions and support related ad hoc activities. The candidate will project manage these activities develop set-back schedules and communicate progress to various stakeholders. Data management and monitoring aspects of the role will utilize internal reporting suites and the Project and Portfolio Management tool PPMPrime. Technologys senior management relies on these functions to demonstrate effective management to regulators and supervisory entities. Additionally the candidate will analyze and maintain the FINRA licensed resource list for Technology ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements in collaboration with Technology stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

>Prepare assemble and ensure quality of Technology Governance Committee Vendor Management and legal entity meeting materials.
>Coordinate meeting agendas documentation and executive reporting for senior leadership and regulatory review.
>Manage project timelines set-back schedules and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
>Monitor vendor compliance metrics identify issues and support corrective actions.
>Conduct quarterly business reviews with technology vendors analyze performance and drive remediation.
>Collaborate with Finance HR Risk Legal and Technology teams to source data and standardize governance processes.
>Maintain meeting minutes documentation and talking points for audit and supervisory purposes.
>Utilize internal reporting tools (PPMPrime Jira SharePoint) for data management and compliance tracking.
>Support operational resilience by maintaining business continuity and recovery plans.
>Identify process improvements and implement changes to optimize governance and reporting.
>Develop and maintain FINRA supervisory procedures and related documentation to ensure regulatory compliance with key stakeholders Qualifications

>10 years experience in technology governance program management or related roles.
>Proven ability to analyze results synthesize outcomes and tailor communications for diverse audiences including executive and regulatory stakeholders.
>Strong attention to detail and quality assurance in documentation and reporting.
>Demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable escalate issues and drive resolution.
>Expertise in visualizing and creating forward-looking plans dashboards and advanced roadmaps.
>Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
>Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
>Excellent communication stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
>Relevant certifications (PMP Scrum Master) highly desirable
