ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Alto Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Subiaco office as a full-time Administration Dealers Trainee. This entry-level role offers valuable exposure to the financial services sector and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in administration finance or investment advisory.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Assist with the preparation of documentation and digital filing
- Support compliance processes including client verification
- Liaise with clients and assist advisors with banking and finance queries
- Contribute to basic banking services reporting and invoicing
- Help manage shared office facilities and coordinate administrative tasks
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong literacy and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Interest in financial services accounting or investment (not essential)
- Experience or knowledge of shares or cryptocurrency (desirable but not required)
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
