Location: Garfield Heights OH 44125
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $50 $55 per hour
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical Telemetryfor an exciting job in Garfield Heights OH.
Responsibilities:
Monitor assess and document patients conditions and cardiac rhythms via telemetry.
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
Provide pre- and post-operative care and support for surgical patients.
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition communicating promptly with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans medications and discharge care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Adhere to hospital policies infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
