How Youll Create Possibilities

• Leads and manages HRIS projects including designing configuration implementation and post-production support in the areas of Integrations.
• Design and implement Workday integrations from business team member requirements or vendor documentation requirements.
• Develop customized reports based on the business requirements that you/your team gathered
• Analyze the Workday data to ensure data integrity and draw conclusions
• Evaluates functionalities of Workday that may not be activated today and recommend solutions that meet business need while fitting into overall HR strategies.
• Be up to date with functionality enhancements delivered through Workday updates and provide ongoing recommendations/system solutions to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
• Lead and communicate system related releases upgrades and enhancements.
• Assist and mentor others with How To questions on Workday
• Drive continuous improvement of Workday HCM Payroll and Benefits
• Collaborate with functional leads to capture and document business requirements
• Support Workday training and communication plans to support new Workday functionality
• Work collaboratively within the Workday Solution team and with cross-functional teams
• Leverage Workday community resources and network to stay abreast of enhancements and leading practice

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Skills experience qualifications and knowledge required:

• Bachelors degree plus 3 years of experience in Workday Integration development and Business support
• Strong Workday integration experience within core HCM Recruiting and Payroll
• Specific Workday experience in HCM and Payroll integrations required
• Sound understanding of Workday delivered connectors and ability to troubleshoot issues with the connectors is key.
• Develop Integration solutions utilizing Workday studio Workday core connectors BIRT and XSLTs.
• Understanding of the HR lifecycle stages of employee.
• Ability to create requirements document design document and test case documentation.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must work well with a global team.

Desired skills:

• HR transformation concepts and experience supporting HR life cycle events
• Participation actively in Key Organization initiatives
• End-to-End implementation Integration Experience for interface development using Workday cloud connect APIs Web Services and Rest URLs.
