THE ROLE:

The Enrollment Coordinator manages the intake and onboarding process for new families and providers within the Disability Services division. Acting as the first point of contact this role ensures that all documentation approvals and communications are completed accurately and efficiently. The coordinator works closely with Operations Community Partnerships and Regional Center staff to facilitate a smooth enrollment experience and uphold compliance standards throughout the process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for new families and providers during the intake and enrollment process.

  • Collect verify and process enrollment documentation to ensure timely service initiation.

  • Communicate clearly with families caregivers and Regional Center representatives to provide updates and resolve issues.

  • Coordinate with Operations and Program Managers to align service start dates and ensure readiness for onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in Salesforce and other internal systems.

  • Track and report enrollment progress identifying potential delays or data inconsistencies.

  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and family experience.

This is a hybrid position coming into the Roseville office 1x per week.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for engaging with families and Regional Center staff

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple cases

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

  • Compassionate and solution-focused approach to family support

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service case coordination or administrative support preferred

  • Familiarity with Regional Center or social services processes a plus

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams
