Program Manager - Pennie Health Insurance Marketplace
Adagio Health Inc is looking to hire a full-time Program Manager for its Central office located in Pittsburgh PA.
Are you looking for a role where your work creates lasting change At Adagio Health were seeking a Program Manager to lead an impactful public health program that helps connect individuals and families in Southwest Pennsylvania to affordable health insurance coverage through Pennie Pennsylvanias health insurance marketplace. Throughout the day you manage timelines solve roadblocks and keep partners moving toward one shared outcome: accessible affordable health coverage for every community you serve. This role is about more than managing a program-its about empowering people to access healthcare reducing financial barriers and improving quality of life across diverse communities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PENNIE PROGRAM MANAGER
Each day youll be at the center of collaboration-building partnerships with local organizations leading outreach and enrollment events and ensuring people know and understand their healthcare coverage options. Youll guide staff and partners oversee reporting and evaluation and use data-driven insights to improve program outcomes. Most importantly your communication and leadership skills will empower others to take action and help transform community health.
WHAT YOULL DO
Lead and manage program objectives and deliverables for a 10-county region. Build and foster partnerships with community-based organizations. Supervise staff provide training and support partner entities. Oversee outreach enrollment and program evaluation activities. Analyze data identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Attend community events and represent Adagio Health throughout the region.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree in social work public health or related field (Masters preferred). Equivalent experience may substitute.
- 3-5 years of program or project management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare health insurance or case management preferred.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Regular regional travel required.
