Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior PMP Manager to lead a team of project managers delivering large-scale software development initiatives in the healthcare sector. This strategic role blends project management expertise with DevOps practices to ensure operational excellence stakeholder alignment and successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership healthcare domain knowledge and a track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder programs.

WORKSITE: Hybrid

Full-time Remote (with 1 week/month onsite in Columbus OH)

Duration: 1 Year expect to convert after 90 days

WORK SCHEDULE: M-F on or before 9:00 AM ET

COMPENSATION: $60.00- $62.00 Per Hour

What Youll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of 10 project managers
Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with delivery goals
Oversee project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Coordinate efforts across development QA and IT teams
Enforce change management governance and implementation processes
Identify and mitigate risks track issues and ensure timely on-budget delivery
Drive performance reporting and stakeholder communication

What Youll Bring:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Business or related field
PMP certification (required)
9 years of project management experience
7 years in healthcare delivery insurance managed care or PBM
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong compliance and risk management capabilities
