SMB Managersdrive company revenue throughend-to-endsales seeking opportunities to provide prospective clients a cloud-based travel and expense solution built to humanize the workplace. Using internal prospects as well as proactive sourcing strategies Sales Executives will be responsible for building a strong pipeline.

Sales Executives SMB will focus on attracting small business leads approximately 75 to 400 in size. Through a defined sales process and partnership with key sales leaders Sales Executives will strive to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.

What youll do :

    • Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment (preferably SaaS)
    • Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone and online demos as well as in-person meetings
    • Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably ) to monitor and manage daily weekly and monthly sales activities of the teamW
    • Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training mentoring and overall performance management
    • Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work
    • Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
    • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
    • Must exceeded annual sales quota at least one time in the past
    • Monthly Quota: $246666
    • Annual Quota: $2960000
