Senior IT Architect Planning Manager

US PERSON REQUIREMENT

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of experience in IT architecture planning and solution architecture including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role leading architecture teams.

• Deep expertise in SAP technical architecture including experience with S/4HANA implementations SAP HANA database ABAP/ABAP Cloud development and SAP technology stack.

• Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale ERP solutions with focus on integration architecture cloud platforms and hybrid deployment models.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies including TOGAF SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework or similar standards.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including Integration Suite Extension Suite Data Intelligence/Datasphere and cloud-native development.

• Deep understanding of cloud computing architectures (AWS Azure GCP) security frameworks API management and modern integration patterns (RESTful APIs OData event-driven architecture).

• Experience with SAP deployment models including RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public/private editions) and on-premise to cloud migration strategies.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire mentor and develop architecture teams fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

• Proven experience in overseeing complex architecture projects from conception through implementation across multiple deployment phases.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders executives and non-technical audiences.

WE VALUE

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

• 8 years of experience in SAP architecture with specific focus on S/4HANA transformation programs across global multi-site deployments.

• SAP certifications including SAP Certified Technology Architect SAP BTP certifications or SAP S/4HANA technical certifications.

• Enterprise architecture certifications such as TOGAF Zachman or equivalent credentials.

• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect GCP Professional Architect).

• Experience with IT architecture tools and platforms such as SAP Solution Manager SAP Enterprise Architecture Designer LeanIX Ardoq Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar tools.

• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes and technical innovation.

• Background in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing or regulated industries with complex compliance and security requirements.

• Deep knowledge of SAP business processes across Finance (FI/CO) Supply Chain (MM/PP/WM) Manufacturing (PP/QM) Sales (SD) and cross-functional integration points.

• Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code and automated testing frameworks in SAP contexts.

• Familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) SAP Data Intelligence BW/4HANA and advanced analytics platforms.

• Strategic thinking and proven ability to translate business requirements into innovative scalable technology solutions that drive competitive advantage.

• Track record of building high-performing architecture teams and fostering collaborative relationships across IT business units and external partners.

• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and their application to enterprise architecture and solution delivery.
