Job Summary
As a Director of Finance here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our Houston TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role youll be a key influencer in shaping the financial success of Honeywell. You will drive financial strategies provide insightful guidance and ensure operational excellence. Your work will directly impact our growth profitability and long-term financial health.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute business plans
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
- Lead and develop a high performing team of business analysts and planners
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior finance roles with a proven track record of financial leadership.
- Strong financial modeling analysis and forecasting skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations reporting standards and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
