Purpose of the Job
Support Department Head to execute and monitor Global Corporate strategic business planning such as monitoring and projecting Banks profit and expense from marketing activities as well as initiating funding / lending strategy when needed. Also support relevant departments in the development of managing collaboration projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
- Support to develop initiatives to drive process improvement / efficiency.
- Support to develop banking products and services.
- Develop business promotion strategy to maintain the Banks existing corporate customers and achieve new ones in line with corporate strategy.
- Develop marketing plan and loan/deposit campaign in accordance with Global Corporates target.
- Manage collaboration/ strategic alliance with other parties (internal/external) to support the business plan collaboration projects and portfolios growth include providing updates in business opportunity from articles markets etc.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
- Develop plan of branch-wide events such as including but not limited to seminars and marketing activities strategy.
