What Youll Gain with Arbor Therapy:
- Practical hands-on experience in a private clinic setting under the supervision of a licensed therapist
- Exposure to supporting diverse client populations and diagnoses
- Interactive training with evidenced-based intervention strategies and evaluation procedures (dependent on role)
- Collaboration with members of a supportive interdisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited speech-language or occupational therapy program at a university or college
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in supporting diverse client needs using neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week (varies by placement)
