Job Summary

Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed CAD models and drawings for complex components and assemblies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Review and analyze designs for feasibility and compliance with regulations standards and client requirements.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation including reports specifications and cost estimates.
Mentor junior CAD Designers providing guidance and support in design processes and software use.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering Design or a related field.
7 years of experience in CAD design and drafting.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD or CATIA.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.

Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with advanced CAD techniques and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to mentor and develop junior CAD designers.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in design processes.
Experience in consumer electronics automotive or industrial hardware.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and testing.
Passion for innovation and mentoring engineering talent.
Ensure designs meet regulatory standards (e.g. IEC UL RoHS).
Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
