Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making. Prepare Financial Reports: Generate and maintain comprehensive financial reports including budgets forecasts and variance analysis ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments to gather financial data understand business needs and identify areas for improvement. Support Program Management: Assist the Program Manager in tracking financial performance identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency recommending best practices based on analysis.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field providing a solid foundation in financial principles and practices. 8 years of Proven experience in financial analysis or accounting preferably within a corporate finance environment demonstrating the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights including proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software such as Excel SAP or similar platforms to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse audiences. Experience in project management methodologies and tools enabling effective tracking and reporting of financial performance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
