The Executive Assistant at 3 Leaf Realty Inc. will play a crucial role in supporting the organizations operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to provide administrative support manage schedules coordinate meetings and handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations for the executive team.
- Coordinate meetings and events including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in project management and coordination of various initiatives within the organization.
- Perform general office management tasks such as filing ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $24000 to $65000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
