What should you bring along
| - Expertise in design and manufacturing foam pads of all rows of seat Cushion/back/AR/HR foam pads e.g.Foam design for massager system ventilation seat foam testing awareness etc
- Deep knowledge of foam tool design manufacturing process (DFAM)
- Create technical data for RFQs for the new programs and assess new supplier competency
- Proactive mindset for problem solving and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production-focused environment.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Must have technical skill | - Bachelors or Masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive seating design experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
- Software proficiency Catia V5
- Basic Vehicle architecture (monocoque space frame cab-on-frame)
- Creation and understanding of comfort foam design
- Trimming definitions and assembly sequence.
- Vehicle level packaging & Assembly Process
- Digital Mock Up (DMU)
- Creative Thinking
- Technical knowledge
- Parametric design skills in Foam design advanced knowledge Foam and EPP material Automotive experience.
- Proven track record in developing parts ensuring compliance with automotive standards and manufacturability
