Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Edit a mix of long-form course content YouTube videos short-form reels and event sizzle reels.
• Repurpose multi-camera seminar footage (812 hrs) into structured lessons and YouTube segments.
• Cut 2090 sec short-form clips optimized for TikTok Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Craft high-energy event recaps and sizzle reels that capture the seminar experience.
• Extract viral moments from longer footage and prepare clip variations for testing.
• Collaborate with curriculum and creative teams to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
• Flag sensitive content thoughtfully to uphold message a product-forward mindsetunderstand how each video fits the overall content ecosystem.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Proficient in Premiere Pro After Effects or CapCut (multi-cam workflows a plus).
• Strong instinct for hooks pacing and storytelling that keeps viewers engaged.
• Experience editing both long-form and short-form content across platforms.
• Familiar with YouTube optimization and social media trends.
• Bonus: Background in spiritual personal development or educational content.
• Excellent communication and responsiveness; fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.
