Job Summary

Position: Team Supervisor

Location: Belgrade Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise on-floor team members to ensure professional engaging and high-quality performance standards.
Oversee daily team schedules including rotations and breaks to maintain continuous workflow and adherence to shift plans.
Communicate updates on new procedures company policies and operational best practices to all team members.
Ensure all processes run efficiently resolving minor technical or operational issues within the work environment.
Act as a liaison between frontline staff and management providing timely updates feedback and recommendations.
Support and motivate team members fostering a positive respectful and professional workplace atmosphere.
Collect and analyze performance and operational data to prepare accurate insightful daily reports for management.
Identify training coaching and development needs to enhance team skills and performance.
Monitor employee appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English (at least B2).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.
A qualification in Management or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in customer service hospitality or operations will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong leadership coaching and conflict management skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Solid time management and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
