Job Summary
A large inclusive secondary school in the Telford area is looking to appoint an energetic and imaginative Early Career Teacher of Drama for January 2026. This is a school with a strong creative arts identity the type of setting where drama genuinely sits at the heart of student life.
The Role
You will teach Drama at KS3KS4 delivering a curriculum built around performance skills devised theatre script work and reflective practice. Schemes follow a structure widely used by high-performing West Midlands schools giving you clear direction while still allowing creative freedom.
You will help support:
- The annual school production
- After-school Drama clubs
- Workshops performances and monologue evenings
- Cross-arts projects with Music and Dance
