ICAPE Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (F/M) to join our team in Indianapolis (USA) under a V.I.E. contract.

Your Mission

As part of our accounting department youll play a key role in the financial management of our U.S. entity.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing general accounting operations: customers suppliers and office accounts
Processing invoices and payments and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting VAT return preparation and quarterly closings
Handling expense reports and ensuring accurate financial data entry
Collaborating with the team on data reconciliation and responding to business queries

Youll work closely with our international finance teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous process improvement.

Your Profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience in an accounting department required
Advanced Excel skills (SAP knowledge is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft collaborative tools
Fluent in English knowledge of French or Spanish is a strong advantage
Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
Eager to learn the strategic and operational aspects of a global organization
Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones

Contract Details

Type: V.I.E. 18 months full-time assignment
Location: Indianapolis IN USA
Eligibility: Open to European citizens (as per Business France V.I.E. requirements)
Compensation: Based on Business France V.I.E. grid
